Aperol Spritz avec Fleurs
We were debating whether to have a cocktail for a Champagne inspired dinner party because you should drink Champagne. But on the other hand, an aperol spritz is a wonderful way to start a dinner celebrating bubbles. Lean into Pinterest and garnish the cocktails with flowers or add a splash of St-Germain for a floral-forward cocktail. Who needs a bouquet when you can drink one?
A classic ratio for an aperol spritz is 3:2:1 — wine: aperol: soda water. Yes, you can measure, but feel free to eyeball it. We’re celebrating Champagne, but we recommend using an inexpensive bottle of bubbles for a spritz.
