Batch Cocktail Recipe: Manhattan
We’re leaning into a classic dinner party for this month. And what’s more classic than a Manhattan?
Instead of playing bartender all night, we’re making a large batch and diluting it with water, so all you need to do is pour your guests a glass. Or, keep this on ice on your bar cart so your guests can help themselves.
One tip: when using bitters in a batch cocktail, start with less and adjust to taste.
If you’re more of a martini gal (like Britt & Sarah), here’s our batch martini recipe:)
