Pepperoni Fried Egg
Does this really need a recipe? Maybe not. But I really want you to make it, because it’s insanely good and takes 5 mins.
Pepperoni Fried Egg

- 1 egg 
- 1-2 oz pepperoni butter, cut into smallish cubes 
- salt 
- pepper 
equipment
- small non stick pan 
steps
- Place non stick pan over medium low heat and add butter. 
- Swirl as it melts and just as it starts to bubble, crack an egg into the pan. 
- Season the yolk with salt and pepper. 
- Cook slowly and spoon butter over the whites occasionally. 
- Serve as is, with toast, over noodles, in a sandwich.
