The Art of Apéro Hour

Our monthly menus always start with a table spread of treats, known in France as an Apéro.

Apéro, short for apéritif, is a moment to unwind with a few snacks and a light cocktail as you relax into a meal. To us, it is the perfect “first course.” Because dinner is about spending time together, no one wants the moments to whiz by- and no one wants to be stuck in the kitchen plating each course. The Apéro can be preset while you lazily sip on a crisp white wine or a spritz as your meal warms up. Or use it as an excuse to start dinner and drinks at 4 ;)
